    Staff Physical Therapist
    JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient recovery and rehabilitation.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - PATIENT ASSESSMENT: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine physical therapy needs, functional limitations, and goals
    - TREATMENT PLANNING: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals
    - THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTIONS: Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, modalities, and exercises to promote recovery and improve patient function.
    - PATIENT EDUCATION: Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for improving health and preventing injury.
    - DOCUMENTATION: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
    - COLLABORATION: Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
    - CLINICAL SUPERVISION: Provide guidance and mentorship to physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff as needed.
    - CONTINUING EDUCATION: Stay current with best practices in physical therapy and pursue ongoing professional development opportunities.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - EDUCATION: Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
    - LICENSURE: Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
    - EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in outpatient and/or inpatient settings preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
    - SKILLS: Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care.

    - Ability to lift, carry, and assist patients as needed
    - Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and bending
    - Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with varying patient caseloads.
